Fried Spareribs
A recipe from my cousin who is a REALLY good cook.
Cut your spare ribs into individual rib pieces, leaving the bone in.
Season your spare ribs (as if they were chicken to be fried).
Coat with flour, panko bread crumbs (or whatever bread crumbs you prefer).
Add your preferred oil to the frying pan, *** Note - Less oil is required to fry spare ribs than chicken, spare ribs are not as thick as a piece of chicken.
Heat the oil.
When the oil is hot, place the ribs in the frying pan.
Turn them when browned on one side.
Remove from the pan when they are golden brown.
The meat should be tender, not chewy.
Enjoy !!
